Keep up the good work! your latest lecture helps me understand why my brain is expanding. It is a vaccum and energy is escaping at an accelerated rate as my ears ( two galaxies in themselves) move further apart and my ears keep growing as they collect more dark energy.

to comment on the existence of particles at zero kelvin:
I am under the belief (naive as it may be) that a particle at zero kelvin will contain no bonds (i.e. no potential energy), and no movement (zero kinetic energy). From this I believe that what would remain is an expanded area of empty space. The density of the area will approach zero as temperature approaches zero, which means the area it encapsulates will approach infinity, and that the force of expansion will also approach infinity. Which means to me that the expansion of the universe is driven by micro area’s of the universe approaching zero kelvin. Which if any of this true, no physical laws would be broken either.
To note on the abstraction of energy:
A particle abstracts all of the energy of the surrounding space. Causing an infinite expansion. One way i visualize it, is like a balloon expanding, and the particles surrounding the balloon are consolidated. As the expansion of empty space proceeds, the junction between the empty space and non-empty-space becomes more and more energetic as more virtual particles are collected. Which maybe the energy of the expansion of empty space is then equal to your KE=-.3mc^2. Where m is equal to the amount of mass abstracted to create a perfectly empty space. and KE is the force of expansion. As time progresses, a galaxy will be able to abstract more energy, thus as time progresses KE will also increase. Which explains the acceleration.
Though one thing i’ve never really understood: Dark energy is found because it represents an absence. From my perspective, A purely empty space would appear black, and solid. Because if it didn’t, then there is something on the other side of it that is visible.

The particle at zero kelvin is a thought experiment. It cannot be done in reality, and actually requires physical laws to be suspended. I was attempting to explain existence as being independent of change. A similar thought experiment, which defies logic, and, to my mind suspends physical laws, is the famous “Schrodinger cat.” It promotes the concept of a cat in the box that is simultaneously alive and dead, and you do not know the cat’s state until you open the box. This thought experiment is supposed to demonstrate wavefunction collapse in quantum mechanics.
In my theory regarding KE=-.3mc^2 energy is removed from the vacuum to sustain existence. As the energy is removed, equivalently mass is removed (E=mc^2), which in turn decreases the gravitational attraction holding the vacuum together. For example, if the density of the Earth were decreased, the size of the Earth would increase, due to gravity.
No one understands the nature of dark energy. It is a name given to what science believes is causing the universe’s expansion to accelerate. I have put forth a conjecture on what is causing the accelerating universe, namely the removal of energy from the vacuums of space to sustain existence of galaxies.
